The Radical Insulate Jacket is a super lightweight jacket with a 3M™ Thinsulate™ Insulation and stretchy sides with a comfy fleece lining. It features a detachable hood, an adjustable bottom hem, and three zippered pockets. A DWR-finish protect you from lighter rain showers. Wear it as a warming mid layer or as a standalone jacket depending on the temperature.

Very light and comfortable to wear
I wanted a jacket that still warms a bit despite being light. The hood is easy to remove and reattach. A rain jacket fits perfectly over it.

Fits perfectly
The fit is great, covers the waistband and the jacket can be stowed in a backpack. In cool weather, it will keep you warm, otherwise a mid-layer will fit underneath. Unfortunately, not yet extensively tested under different weather conditions.
