PFC-free is important to me (some companies still are not publishing this info). This was well-priced, effective, and worked with appropriately sized non-RR packs. I appreciated the ease of use. Recently used in rain in Ecuador and Peru.

its good but would be nice if it had something to secure it with because I cant use it on regular sized backpacks because theyre too small
