Our shipping is always FREE! No minimum purchase required. That way you’ll have more money for adventure.
Your order will normally be delivered within 3 - 6 business days from the time you placed it. Deliveries can however currently be affected by COVID-19 restrictions, but rest assured that our carriers are doing their best to deliver on time.
Our Logistics Partners
We work with several logistics partners to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. In the EU, orders are delivered by UPS or PostNord.
Will I be able to track my order?
Larger packages shipped with our distribution partner UPS can be tracked.
How will my package be delivered?
It depends on the size of the package. Small packages are usually delivered straight to your mail box and bigger ones will go to your nearest service point if no one is present at the time of delivery.
What happens if I fail to pick up my package?
In case you don’t pick up your package it’ll be returned to us and we have the right to issue a fee of 16 € to cover our losses.
When can I pick up my package?
If your package is sent to a service point, you'll get an SMS or an e-mail when it's ready for pick up.
What do I do if my products are damaged during delivery?
If you believe something happened to your products during delivery, contact our customer service within two days after you get the goods. Read more about damaged products in our general terms and conditions.
What if I want to return something?
Don't stress if your product isn't a perfect match, you can find detailed instructions for how to return it here. Returns are free as long as you use the prepaid return label in the package.
